NVIDIA Open-Sources Flora, Cutting Robot Data Labeling Costs by a Reported 125x
NVIDIA has open-sourced Flora, a video-labeling tool it says powers 200,000 hours of daily GR00T training and slashes the cost of the data bottleneck choking robotics.
NVIDIA has open-sourced Flora, a video-labeling system that reportedly cuts robot data labeling costs by 125x, according to @GlobalAIWatcher. The tool is already being used to process 200,000 hours of video per day to train NVIDIA's GR00T humanoid robot models, per @daogangtang — a throughput figure that only makes sense if the labeling is largely automated.
