Two new open-source releases — LifeOS and seo-audit-skill — show the builder community pushing structured AI workflows into personal and marketing use cases.

The open-source builder scene shipped two useful releases this week. LifeOS, described by @tom_doerr, is an AI harness for structuring personal growth and work through what its author calls 'intent engineering' — mapping a path from a user's current state to their ideal state. The framing is ambitious, but the underlying idea is practical: give an agent a structured representation of goals and constraints so it can plan against something concrete rather than a vague prompt.
