One founder is openly discarding traditional algorithm interviews, inviting candidates to use AI and share their chat history instead.

Hiring practices are quietly bending to the reality that engineers now work with AI. A recruiting post from @WHYkalwani advertises a role with no data structures and algorithms rounds, and explicitly invites candidates to use AI on the take-home assignment — as long as they share the chat history. It is a small post with a big signal.
