Sitegeist, the Browser Agent That Reportedly Outperforms OpenAI's Atlas, Goes Open Source
Developer Mario Zechner released the full source code for Sitegeist.ai, a Chrome extension for autonomous browser tasks, with support for OpenAI's Codex integration.
Mario Zechner, the developer behind the libGDX game framework, has open-sourced Sitegeist.ai — a browser agent extension he originally built in October 2025. As @badlogicgames announced, the extension, which handles autonomous browser tasks and reportedly outperformed OpenAI's Atlas agent in demos, is now fully available on GitHub with Codex subscription support.
