Anthropic accidentally exposes an internal TPU-trained model in a GitHub commit

Developer @sampullara spotted that someone at Anthropic accidentally exposed an internal model identifier in what appears to have been a GitHub commit: "prod-canary-dev-tpu-lana-d4b246." The exposure was brief, but the naming convention reveals several things about Anthropic's internal operations.
